Good to know before you order

How long will my order take?

Personalised orders are made in 3 to 5 working days and non-personalised orders in 2 to 5 working days, plus shipping time, which depends on our courier partner and your location. We deliver across India, with free shipping on orders above Rs.499.

Will there be small variations in my product?

Yes, and we would rather tell you upfront. 3D printing builds each item layer by layer, so faint layer lines, small patches and slight colour differences from the photos are normal. We keep post-processing minimal because heavy sanding and finishing dulls and alters the colour, and our focus is on the highest quality with true colour and sharp detail.

Returns and refunds

Personalised and made-to-order items are strictly non-returnable, as they cannot be sold to anyone else. We accept a return or refund only for an incorrect order, incorrect personalised text, or an item that arrives completely broken with an unboxing video as proof. Please do not accept a parcel if the seal is broken. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.

Custom orders and other queries

For a custom design, a bulk or corporate order, or any other query, please email us separately at support@yaalix.in with your requirement and reference images. We usually reply within 1 to 2 working days.
